If hope you had time to watch the TED talk I posted yesterday. For the next few days I will be sharing the Pranayama based breathing exercises and will include an instructional video. Todays breathing exercise is called Nadi Shuddhi. The left nostril breath is called Idaikailai and is considered a cooling breath. The right nostril breath is considered a warming and is called Pingalai. This sequence can help balance our body heat, aid in digestion, promote healthy circulation and inspire deep restful sleep.
