The Oneness Blessing, also known as Deeksha, is a direct transfer of intelligent sacred energy, which causes the heart to flower and the mind to quiet. This brings a shift in perception and the realization that the sense of a separate self is an illusion. This is not just another concept, but an experience of oneness with all of creation and with the Divine Presence.
The Oneness Blessing initiates a neurobiological change in the brain. There are 16 centers in the brain responsible for definitive experiences like sensory perception, emotions of jealousy, hatred, fear, compassion, love, joy, separation, connectedness, creativity, learning, etc. The Oneness Blessing results in the activation of certain centers and the deactivation of certain other centers, thus bringing about a shift in the perception and experience of life.

How is the Oneness Blessing given?
The Oneness Blessing is generally given when a Blessing giver places their hands on the recipient’s head for several seconds to a few minutes. It can also be given without touching the person at all, just through the power of intention. In this way the Oneness Blessing can be given to hundreds or even thousands of people at the same time. Experiences may be strong, subtle or even delayed until days later. One may experience a tingling sensation in the head, blissful feelings running through the whole body or perhaps nothing at all. Regardless, it is certain that the process of Awakening has begun, a process custom-designed for each individual, leading gradually, or sometimes suddenly, to Full Awakening into Oneness.
Who can offer the Oneness Blessing to others?
The Oneness Blessing can be transferred by anyone who has received the transmission, training and initiation offered by Oneness Trainers. The Oneness Blessing Giver then works, as an empty vessel, for the energy to transfer to the recipient.
Can anyone receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing?
Yes. It is not necessary to attend one of the Oneness Courses in order to receive the benefits of the Oneness Blessing. Most adults and children can receive the Oneness Blessing at any time.
